How do u install .sis file into Nokia6600?

I m new to my N6600 n donno how to install the .sis file into my phone.

I cant find anywhere which gives instructions on how to install...

Pls help.

Oops! Looks like I hv gotta spend more on this lovely lady of mine.

I was thinking of getting a Bluetooth device next week but which would u recommend? Bluetooth device or Infrared? (Provided both devices cost nearly same price)

You can e-mail a *.SIS file to the phone and it will also install the file.
