Nokia 3100 data cable

Where is the best place to buy the Nokia USB data cable DKU-5, to use the PC Suite from Nokia. Most of the websites I have looked at in the UK charge about £30, but they can be shipped from Hong Kong on Ebay for £7 - has anyone bought the cable from Ebay and does it include the driver software?
