Only the 3100 doesn't have a volume control on the left hand side of the handset.

The 3100 has volume control with the up & down buttons.

i.e. ALL Nokia have volume control. In fact all mobile phones have that (i don't know every phone, but that just seems like a must have)

wen talking on the 3100 u can set the volume by using the right and left keys

u can also use this while listening 2 ringtones or while on loudspeaker
