Symbian

Isn´t there a way to emulate Symbian Os? I want try create some programs and test java games and app! Is there a way?

Actually there is no other way.
Emulator has always been a part of Symbian SDK

go to nokia forum, www.forum.nokia.com and then click on series 60, go to Tools and SDK and search from that list and emulator...
Same for a series 40 phone...
