alright this time I want to know who actually owns a 7200, and is the hinge(flip) of the phone actually stiff?(as in it doesn't flick open) and is the screen to small to be comfortable, really? __________________ the flip is designed by Nokia itself...7200 is the first handphone in the world to use this kind of new flip... so...only time can prove whether it is bad or good quality...just wait... screen is small...but is capable to perform much better than u think... __________________ well the model i saw and felt today had a flip where when you open it a little its sorta stiff but as you go a little further it flicks open, and then as you go to the end it goes flat. and the screen was relatively actually not bad in terms of size, though obviously a more lengthened screen is better for flipphones also it looks so much smaller then all these site pics show, but still quite thick and wide so yeah... anyone who actually OWNS a 7200? __________________ so far too expensive...very hard to find one who wish to buy this phone...i think everyone is waiting for the price drops... __________________ It's not a good phone. Not worth getting such a phone for such an expensive price. the design is damn ugly when u open it. i haf played wif the phone. nothing so special, just a normal nokia phone wif flip. i was thinking of getting ot b4 but now not anymore. __________________ the design is good for someone...I feel that the design is nice as well....very special... __________________ Quote:
yeah i agree on that... it looks weird when you open it(IMO) __________________ but I feel it looks great in design...hehe...!! __________________ i have seen it.... screen is SOOOOO SMALL it makes it ugly __________________ small but perform well...who cares?? __________________ I had the opportunity to use not one but 2. The hinge is actually very good, if it works. The phone flicks open quite easily. I was surprised as just how natural and good that felt. The problem is having the flexibility to be able to bend the phone fully vertical is actually a pain since it is a bit too loose I found. Add to that fact that on both the phones I used the hinges broke and became loose and the costs if you had to pay to get them fixed was significant, over US$100. I'd definitely suggest anybody interested in a Nokia flip keep waiting. __________________ For somebody who has waited 5 years for a Nokia flip - Im happy VERY happy. The three main faults are no Bluetooth, slightly small screen (but emminently usable) and the fact its a love hate thing for the design. But the truth is as said before its a normal Nokia (with Vid etc) but in flip mode. And looking at the rate of response to the Gamdeck and looking at the CDMA 6255 then the next 7200 is going to be amazing! __________________ This is the first flip phone from Nokia for Europe, but i think they are developping a lot more. They know the costumers want them. Most time if they launche something new, they want something special like the 7200 in this case. __________________ more flip phone will be available... __________________ i got to use the 7200 let me see wat i found 1) the flip is different . it got no springs and stuff . just open naturally and closes naturally (at least thts wat it felt like ) 2) screen is realli small . the cam is not tht gr8 . just like the 6230 or 6600 but darker 3) how do u keep the cloth cover clean? mine has gone black from the sides!!! to much pollution here how do we clean it any idea? __________________ the design is ok.. but i prefer the limited edition one... dont no why... look good on white colour... __________________ no, its better than 6230 6600 cam, silly =P yeah white limited edition doesnt get dirty either its leather __________________ i wonder how much does it cost? __________________ they said the limited edition will cost around 1000 Euro, that is a lot, I don't know who's going to give so much money for a mobile phone Mavi forum |
