Nokia 3200 Vs Moto E365

I want to buy one of this phones...I can't decide witch is the better phone ...pls help me and give me some advice !!! __________________ pro E365: - bigger screen with 65k colors - more memory (2mb) - some more games build-in pro 3200: - better Data services (edge and GPRS class 10) - fm radio - flash light and handfree - image editing - IR __________________ What about the camera ?
