Nokia has poor warranty support

I bought two 7210s with warranty, the first had a problem with the number 7 key which they fixed by firmware upgrade. The 2nd unit had the same problem with the 7 key but they didnt honor the warranty. So i will never buy another nokia product again. Its their loss since i frequently change phones. Iv been buying Sony Ericsson since, its not perfect but at least its not a nokia!

i went to the nokia PROFESSIONAL CENTER to servcie my phone.... they said that hey will upgrade my software... but to my horror, i got back the same software but all my games and ringtones were all gone..... can't tehy check the software to see if mine was the latest..... and there was a problem with the volume control..... but the problem came back when i got home.... it was so frustrating.... and the phone was so new and phones of other brands doesn't seems to have so much problem as nokia... pervious experiences was also bad either.... so dun buy nokia

nokia service does suck hard! but at least all of us NOKIA owners out there are more than willing to lend a hand...

My suggestion is, whenever your local service point/center don't provide a satisfying services, you should write mails to NOKIA's customer service to complain and file the bad treatment you have experienced...
A hugh company with a global market like NOKIA certainly won't just ignore their service quality cause it will ruin their reputation and drop their sales as the consequences...
