n-gage screen question

I recently had my n-gage from a local store. It's very good in general. I only have a few problems, one of whic is the vertical contrast lost on the screen. As can be seen on the image i have attached. Here i reduced the contrast in order that the effect could be seen easily. The color scheme also effect the problem's visibility. What i want to ask is that is this a standart problem (poor TFT quality?) or it's just the one i have? I'll accept it if it's normal for n-gage , but will change it if it's for this one only. __________________ I can't see any problem on that screen...can u capture the whole screen??...then the problem will be seen clearer... or...u can go back to the shop...ask the shopkeeper turn on another N-gage to compare with yours...then u will know isit a problem... __________________ The change in the color is visible (I put an arrow to pinpoint the area) . Normally the color would be all the same . I belive posting the whole image would not make any difference, I just pulled out the most visible part. I'm planning on to go , or whait untill my friend get an other one and compare with it .
