photo quality

sorry that i have post the wrong session but i wan to know how to use the photoshop to make the photo which is taken by the phones, can anyone teach me? __________________ just upload you photo's to computer (Nokia data suite / mobimb) by infrared or datacable, and edit them in photoshop, other wise it's also possible to take an image made by photoshop put as an wallpaper on your mobile. __________________ i mean how to use the photoshop to edit the pics? cos i have upload the pics...
