3200, 3100, motorola v500 or a samsung e700

which is the best from above coz im gonna get a new phone very soon __________________ from the above i think the v500 but there are better phones __________________ i say samsung e700 or if there is samsung e715 in your country, buy it. but if you say i don't need a flash then e700 __________________ Samsung E700, because the camera is good, the memory is good and the screen is perfect to me, also it has zoom but i am not sure it is 4X or 5X Mavi forum
