Nokia 2300 - is there software prob?

Can sombody tell me if there some problem with 2300 software? Does it give problems like getting hangged while using or very low volume of ringer / radio( this is not a problrm with settings I have give my cell to nokia service center to have it repaired) As per service center people it is software prob. is any one aware of this kind of probles. should i sell off my 2300 due to this reason? __________________ what is your softwareversion? check it by enter *#0000# in basic menu... it's the second line...
