Whats the best Bluetooth Headset?

Im thinking about getting the Nokia HS-3W for my 6600. Is there anything else out there better? Has anyone used this headset that can give a good review? I heard that the actual handset doesnt ring when a bluetooth headset is connected. Is this the same for all headsets or just the HS-3W. One last question. The 6600 can play mp3s by installing software (x-ultramp3) on it. Will the mp3s be heard through the bluetooth headset?
