help guys

hi guys,can u help? two problems killing me. firstly i have somehow replaced the o2 logo on my 6600 at top of screen when in standby with a image from my gallery and cannot get rid of it? deleted photo but to no avail? secondly i have a message in my inbox which refuses to be deleted.it is a .sis install message which works fine but cant get rid of message.........please help...............tim __________________ once in 6600 i wanted to delete a file, but the phone couldnt delete the file and gave me constant error messages, so suddenly i got an idea to first RENAME the file and then delete it, and my idea worked and so the file got deleted easily,.... i know my solution might be strange ...but at least it worked for me... so try it urself and it may work for u too. __________________ sorry pal tried it,cant rename message in inbox,any ideas with my other prob? __________________ forgot to mention,when i try to delete message in inbox it says......GENERAL:ALREADY IN USE? __________________ Can you move that message to a folder? __________________ yes but only to my folders and when moved still cannot delete,i know they both are silly probs but they are winding me up __________________ u try to use the FE explorer for the phone... it's a software for symbian os to remove file which are unable to remove.... __________________ tried selec q explorer but cant find message to delete or image to remove? keep trying guys __________________ silly question, but did you reboot the phone before attempting to delete anything? Installer seems to be still running and locking up the file. Inbox content is stored in C:\System\Mail subfolders, you can try to locate your .SIS in there, but deleting just file would lead to incoherence with index... ...and be carefull with FE explorer - it allows to delete system files too, you may end up with unbootable phone __________________ found it and deleted message at last,now for the pic that has replaced o2 logo when in standby at very top of screen,any ideas guys? thanks for all suggestions __________________ just as an advice...dun send any files(.sis or whatever) straight away to the inbox...the correct way is to use a pc suit and transfer the file to your phones and manage them by using file manager or other files programme...so u won't be facing problems anymore... if u can't find any solution...try to format your phone... __________________ usually use both methods and had no probs before,but hey its now sorted,wish someone could help me with pic problem,can even figure out how i got it to replace o2 logo on standby? __________________ use FExplorer or SELEQ... goto c:system\apps\phone\oplogo Then just delete the logo in there for the white log you have put on. Reeboot the phone and you should be ok.
