N 6600 and T9 question

Hi everyone! Here from Argentina and trying to solve this problem. I have my N6600 but surprised when I tried to switch the SMS dictionary language to Spanish. It was missing. I had several nokia models and all of them had T9 in spanish. Any idea how / where to download a spanish t9? also I would like to change symbiam laguage to spanish, but most important is the SMS dictionary... I've searched Nokia support in many countries, and read almost all forum questions but still can't find an answer.
