Problems with Nokia 8310

My sister is having problems with her 8310. When she gets a missed call, it doesn't show up. When u goto Call Register it says Phone Book not ready. I've tried to restore factory settings but it doesn't help __________________ just another problem with the 8310 the list of problems is endless with the 8310 __________________ I don't have any with my old phone, which my girlfriend uses.
