help me my 3650 doesn't work

I've just bought a nokia 3650 for 2 weeks, i try to find some soft and game. But for one moment when i install some soft and restart the phone, then it couldn't start up and just show the nokia logo after that it turns off. What would i do or it needs to reflashing. I think my phone had a problem in the memory and not in MMC because even i put my MMC out my stupid phone is the same, it didn't work.Please help me please !!!!!!! __________________ The fone is damaged, if u reflash it, u might mess it up even more! While u hav the chance go & replace it or repair it. this is a very common problem, sometimes it CAN b solved by reflashin it, but usually ppl get it repaired or replaced if the fone is still under warranty! U may wanna reflash ur 3650 to latest firmware 4 the 3650! This MAY solve it BUT watch out, It might mess it up even more! gd luk... __________________ So if i reflash it i will lost all my phonebook or even it worse. And i don't khow how to reflash, could i do it my self? By the way thank a lot ! __________________ Reflashin is quite simple if u know wat ur doin! lol And yes u can do it urslef! First u need a Data cable 4 the 3650, secondly u need flashing software 4 the 3650, and last but not least u need the flash itslef... I'll tell ya wherer u can get the data cable, the software, and the latest version of the flash, after i come bak... soz i g2g... lol __________________ Thank, but my phone can't turn on, so how i connect it to pc by data cable even it can't turn on? __________________ U really hav a problem, dont ya? Isn't ur fone under warranty??? __________________ Yes, i've just by it for 1 month but i lost my warranty document, could i do it my self?
