Nokia 3330 Not Working ?

My Nokia 3330 has been working properly for a while now so thats why i just started using my old Trium mars again. The phone used to cut out in the middle of calls and just turn itself off for no reason anyway i don't use the phone anymore but i would like to fix it and maybe sell it or give it to someone else since i just recived my Alcatel 332 this morning. Everytime i try to turn it on now though it just flashes and goes off again instantly. So what i wanna know is anyone else had this problem or know any web sites that could help ? Ta. __________________ U sure the battery is FULLY charged??? __________________ Yep hehe __________________ maybe water damage or the battery terminals r dirty or loose i could fix it 4 u but ur in the UK so that mite be a bit hard __________________ my 3330 is crap too it has like this black line through the display and it turns on and off randomly. i dont know why it rund out of battery so quickly..its not as if it has many applications to run!! it has like the ability to make calls, and thats it, lol...oh and it hasWAP..great...lol....but i cant wait im gettin moto v500!!!!!!!!! __________________ i had something similar with my old 3210, and it was a loose connection, and was fixed easily. __________________ i hav the same problem with my ngage...(brand new) its a gift so i cant even exchange it.......do u know y it happens __________________ Rajat no but its realy eannoying!! i cant read have me texts cos of it!! __________________ crusaderRUK!! Dont worry!! I had the same problem with my nokia 3310, it turned off when i started it and in middle of calls. Its becouse of the battery, the battery in these old nokias has to be changed sometimes, after about 2 years or something, its strange but i just bought a new battery and my nokia 3310 was like NEW!! __________________ actually thats not the problem, the prob is that when i switch it on, it shows nokia , and then turns off itself, its not the battery problem, ive cheked it, it mite be that the software needs reinstalling, it does not even acknowledge the charger!!!!!! __________________ Tympanon Well i would go and buy a battery for it but there like £20 money i don't have and i might buy a new battery then find out it was'nt the battery that was doing it. I know what i'll do i'll borrow my mates battery from his nokia 3310 and see if it works then i'll know if its the battery or not. Anyone now where to get cheap 3330 batterys since i am not intending to keep it anyway i am intending to sell it or swap for one of the following phones: Nokia: 6310 Siemens S45 Ericsson R520M T39 Sendo J530 if possible that is.
