Fastest way to transfer data to a 6230?

I was wondering which would be the fastest way to transfer files to the 6230 (through Irda, Bleutooth or data cable), I just don't want to take out the MMC each time... I tested it today and got an average 'speed' of 25 KBytes/sec using infrared. With bleutooth this could (theoretically) increase to 125 KBytes/sec (1 Mbit).
