6310i and GPRS and new??

Hi I have a 6310i on Orange and every time I want to get a GPRS connection I have to remove the battery for a few seconds then turn it back on before it will connect. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Also I have a full handsfree car kit installed in my car for this phone, does anyone know if Nokia have any plans to replace the 6310i with a phone that will be able to use the same car kit like they did with the 6210 by replacing it with the 6310?
