Nokia 3120

Hello all.....

I've been using Nokia 3120 for about a week and overall it's a good phone with full of features. The only thing that I'm not satisfied is why everytime you taken out the battery, you have to set again the time and date, it's very annoying......

Is there any setting that can overcome that problem ?

Thanks for your advise

Many phones are like that, they were designed like that. Yes it's annoying, but there's no way you can solve this problem.
You just have to remove and replace the battery really quickly.

Indeed, there is no way to overcome this problem. The clock doens't count on when battery is removed.

I always wondered why there isn't a system that sets your clock automaticly correct with your mobile operator. Like some clockradios/cd-players do by satelite/radiosignal... then no set-ups needed for clock and date...

It's a normal thing for the Nokia 3's series like the 3310, 3100, 3610, 3210, 3120 etc... but some of them, like the 3650 and 3660 don't do that, maybe because they are Series 60... The legendary 5110 has the time memory thing, as opposed to the 3310 - I think since the 3000s are less expensive they don't throw in the time memory thing.. Oh well, don't worry about it, it's normal
