Nokia 6230 or se k700

which is better in this both i am thinking to buy a se k700 when it will be relase which is good __________________ They're both great phones, but in the end it really depends on what you need from a phone, if you really need mp3 and expandable memory then get the 6230, otherwise get the k700, it fixes most of the previous problems of SE phones and the UI and screen are excellent __________________ se k700 will have 1.3 megapixel camera so if you really want a good camera its better than 6230. on the other hand if you care about music and think that a vga camera is sufficient then definitely 6230. 6230 has an mmc slot and a stereo mp3 player, which se k700 will not have, plus it's already out in the market. __________________ k700 does not have 1.3 megapixel camera... still vga but k700 has better video recording, nicer screen and blah __________________ vulture Is k700 is selling in market how much it cost __________________ dxreaper How do you know it has better video recording? As for the choice between the two, the phones are very similar when it comes to features, the K700 has nicer themes, a large,r vivid hiresolution screen, higher bit polyphonic ringtones but no possibility for memory expansion. The 6230 does support memory cards, but has a small, lo resolution screen and is also slightly bigger and heavier. __________________ Meaning, the K700 is everything the 6230 is minus expension card, but then with 41mb it's not such a big minus anyway =D.. except being a Nokia which creaks and all after a while... __________________ And what about SE phones RF performance?! Think twice ! __________________ doesn't affect me.... I've used the T610 and T68i and I got to tell you, the RF performance has NEVER bothered me.... even with 1 bar in the red, it still makes VERY good calls.... while i remembered once we were suppose to call a friend, my friend tried calling on her nokia with 4 bar.. can't get through... and mine with 1 can.... =D __________________ ivansergei i think the RF performance more depends on the place you live and the service provider. It is not like a real small MP3 which last for 35 hours or something like that. Sony Ericsson K700 is like a Nokia 6230 but it does things better except from lack of expandable memory. __________________ About SE phones RF performance Try to read the professional measurements made in a 2 million euro laboratory by german mobile phones magazine CONNECT(probably available in other languages/countries too). Stupid design and bad screen (small!) as evidenced mby reviews. The K700 holds its own and realize that this phone is not being toted as a full fledged MP3 device (reason for no expansion maybe). If you're comparing anything to K700, better off trying E398 from Motorola even though it still doesn't beat K700!!! Face it, K700 is a sure bet!
