USB Software?

Hey all, I just got myself a new USB Data Cable for my Nokia 6230. I have downloaded Oxygen Phone Manager II and it doesn't seem to detect anything! I have downloaded the latest drivers for the cable and still nothing!! Its the Prolific USB Data Cable 2303. What should I do?
